keratosis pilaris — those tiny, rough bumps often described as “strawberry skin”

My 12-year-old daughter has been dealing with what we believe is keratosis pilaris, those tiny, rough bumps often described as “strawberry skin.” It’s something that can really affect confidence at that age, especially when skin feels dry or uneven.

We’ve been keeping things simple and consistent, and we’re starting to see a real difference. A gentle routine using a medicated moisturiser alongside Tropic Skincare Body Smooth has been especially helpful in softening the texture and improving how her skin feels.

It’s not an overnight fix, but the combination of regular moisturising and gentle exfoliation is definitely making her skin smoother and more comfortable. Small improvements, but a big boost for her confidence 💛
